According the Brethren Church’s web site, Clarence Grisso’s ministry from 1905 through 1909 was in Rochester, Fulton Co., Indiana, so most likely Lowell was born there, although it is possible that the family did not live in the same county where Clarence preached.

The SSDI lists C. Grisso, born 29 Sep 1906, died May 1986, last residence Harbor Springs, Emmet Co., Michigan, SSN issued in Indiana before 1951.
