Notes for Jacob Hay
Marriage date of 28 Aug 1859 for Jacob Hay and Susannah Frantz is from Kosciusko Co. marriage records. Marriage date for Jacob Hay and Elizabeth Billmier is from Montgomery Co. marriage records.

Profile of the Jacob Hay family is on p. 67 of Early Brethren Families of the Eel River congregation. There are 10 children in the family, all by his first wife Elizabeth. I have only entered those who connect with my closer relatives somehow.

Lela Shoup's submission for the Nicholas Frantz family on p. 118 of Early Clark County Families Vol. II gives a birthdate for Jacob Hay of 19 Aug 1808. But his gravestone says that he died "24 Aug 1880, aged 72 y 5 m 16 d", from which I have calculated a birthdate of 8 Mar 1808. Should check census and other records.
Notes for Elizabeth Billmier
Cemetery inscription reads "Elizabeth Hay, wife of Jacob, died 22 January 1854, age 42 y 10 m 8 d. Birthplace of Maryland is from 1850 census.
