Notes for David Zook
Family group on p. 71-72 of the Harry D. Zook genealogy.

The Kentucky Gazette (Lexington newspaper), 11 Feb 1797, printed a notice asking "David Zuck, who lately moved from near mouth of Brackin Creek in Mason Co." to apply to Robert Elliot & Co. in Lexington.

David Zook was taxable in Franklin Co., KY, in 1801 and 1804. In 1805 he and his son Solomon are taxable in adjacent Henry Co. on Six-Mile Creek. Bought $250 acres there in June 1806 for 5 shillings. His estate was appraised on 18 June 1810, valued at $383.
Census
1790 census of Fayette Co., PA, Luzerne twp, lists family of David Sook, 1 m. >= 16, 3 m. < 16, 2 f.
Census Notes for Mary ("Polly") [Zook]
1810 Census of Franklin Co., Ky, lists on p. 180, immediately after the Peter Zook family: Polly Zook, 1 m 10-15, 2 m 16-25, 2 f < 10, 2 f 10-15, 1 f > 45.

1820 Census of Franklin Co., Ky, lists on p. 180, immediately after the Jacob Zook family: Polly Zook, 3 f 16-25, 1 f > 45. (I am not sure I've got the numbers in the right categories. This census book is very faint, and the columns are not only unlabelled, the page has no row or column rulings. So it is hard to be sure what the numbers represent.)
