Joint stone in Oak Lawn Cemetery reads: "Wm Heeter 1841-1924 Sarah 1846-1907" (The year of death for Wm is wrong; perhaps the year of birth is too. He and Gideon may be twins. The stones were probably erected years afterwards.)
Wabash Co. Death records, bk. 1918-25, p. 89, lists William Heeter, d. 1-25-1925, age 82. (From index cards only; I haven't checked the record.) This would imply a birthdate from 1-26-1842 to 1-25-1843)
