On their marriage license application (Bk 3, p. 72), the bride Trella E. Heeter lists her parents as B. F. Heeter & Alice Butterbaugh, and her birthdate as 3-2-1886. The groom Ray E. Brookins lists his parents as Alonzo Brookins & Cassie Boocher, and his birthdate as 7-23-1886. The application states that the marriage will be on 16 Jan 1910. The returned license is filed separately, in Bk 16, p. 165. I did not consult it, so it is possible that the actual marriage date was later.
