Elizabeth Laughlin's chart for the Philip Philhower family lists the name of his second child as "Sideon", but I think it likely that she misread some document and his name is really either Gideon or Simeon. Gideon seems the closest lexicographically, since a 'G' looks more like an 'S' than a 'd' looks like an 'm', but Simeon is much the more common name among German-speaking families. I should try to find the original sources.
