Notes for Andrew Quesenberry
Marriage in IGI, batch #7613502, sheet 65, film #1058435

Dates of birth and death for Andrew and Abigail from Cox-Phillips Newsletter, Vol. 5, No. 2, p. 35, a transcription of entries from the family bible of Tobias C. Phillips and Mary Elizabeth Quesenberry (Andrew's daughter.) This bible is now (1991) in the possession of their granddaughter, Nora Lala Agnes Phillips Spence of Indian Valley, VA. The same dates are also on their gravestones as recorded in Cemetery Records of Carroll County, p. 138. Mary Q. Kell circled the death date for Andrew on my family group chart and "corrected" it to 16 Sep 1891, but she did not cite a source for the correction, so I will stick with 15 Sep.

Civil War Record: Pvt. Co. F, 4th Regiment, VA Reserves.
