Robert Armstrong sold to Jonathan Cassity and Barnabas Kinder, on 18 Mar 1832 for $200 a horse, 32 hogs, a cupboard, bed, coverlet and sheets, 30 barrels of corn, a clock and all his interest in his father's estate. [Bath Co. KY Deed Book I, p.13]

On motion of Mary Cassity a passway was ordered from her land on Licking River in Bath Co. KY through the land of Jonathan Cassity to the road that led from Moores Ferry to Iles Mill. [Bath Co. KY Court Orders Book E p.? [Date noted once as as Jan 1854 and another time as May 1854]

On 29 Dec 1859 Jonathan sold for $1272 to his son John Armstrong Cassity 80 acres that had been alloted to his (Jonathan's) wife as alimony.
