Notes for Frances ("Fannie") Ann Lambert
Her obituary in the Morehead Independent of Thursday, Aug. 27, 1936 reported:

“Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Ann Cox, wife of the Rev. Wesley Cox of Crix were held Wednesday, August 19 at 10 a.m. at the Cox cemetery.

Services were conducted by the Rev. Jerry Fletcher, Christy, Rev. Jess Gambill, Hamm, and Rev. Jess Mabry, Clayton.

Surviving are her husband and ten children, James F. Cox, Long Lake, Wisc.; Mrs. Minnie Scaggs, Detroit, Mich.; Wilis Cox, Hamm; Henry Cox, Hamm; Mrs. Martha Scaggs, Ashland; Mrs. Mary Baldridge, Clearfield; Robert Cox, Shelby, Ohio; Bess Cox, Chillicothe, Ohio; Mrs. Liddie Goodman, Hamm; Mrs. Sibbie Caskey, Lexington.

Mrs. Cox was the former Miss Frances Ann Lambert. She was born October 10, 1867. She was united in marriage to Mr. Wesley Cox December 24, 1885, to which 14 children were born, four of which preceded her in death.”
