Census Notes for William Mauzy
1810 census of Bourbon Co., Ky, p. 97, line 37 records:
William Mauzy, 1 male over 45, 1 female over 45, 1 male 10-15, 2 males 16-25. No slaves or free non-whites.
(The male 10-15 would be Silas, who was 13. The two males 16-25 would be Peter and John. The daughters were all already married.)

1820 census of Bourbon Co., Ky, p. 76, line 14, records:
Wm Mozee, 1 male over 45, 1 female over 45. No slaves or free non-whites.
(I do not know where the other Mauzy males were in 1820. Only Peter is listed separately as a head of household in this census, 3 lines after William, and he is the only adult male in his household.)

In 1830 William was living with his son Silas, as expected from the 1827 deed, and confirmed by the male 70 to 79 in that household.
