Census
1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, magisterial district #3, lists as family #209 (between J. C. Trent and Rans Trent):
Trent, Dora, 18, farmer; wife Clara, 17.

I could not find Clara in 1930, even searching for any females in Rowan Co. with given names starting with Cla (under the theory she may have remarried.)

In the Masonic Widows and Orphans Home in Jefferson Co. in 1930 are Geneva Trent age 9 (p. 12, line 56), Hubert Trent age 7 (p. 5, line 38), and Edward Trent age 6 (p. 5, line 35.)

The large orphanage listed 50 employees, 46 adult residents (called inmates), and 589 minor wards. The home constitutes the entire enumeration district 213.

Also wards of the orphanage were Arlen, Myrtle and Ina Trent, the children of Henry Everett Trent and Allie Conn.
