Notes for Julius Caesar & Martha Ann (Family)
Rowan County Marriage Register, Book A, p. 26, records marriage of Julis Trent and Martha Black, 20 Aug 1892, at the home of John Black, by W. T. Hall, witnesses L. D. Trent and Mary Trent. (I thought these said Truit until I saw their gravestones. The "en" is just 3 spikes.)

Most data on this family from Phil McBrayer's interview notes with Vada Trent, nee Vada Skaggs, wife of Julius' son Zora.
