1920 census of Perry Co., Ky, town of Hazard, enumerated 7 Jan, lists on p. 10A as family #171/193:
Walace, Charles, 42, b. Va Va Ky, coal miner; Ame, wife, 47, b. Ky Ky Ky.

They are at the same dwelling number as the family of Israel Napier age 33 with wife Sara age 30 and four children, but they have their own family number and no relationship is indicated.

1930 census of Perry Co., Ky, Masons Creek precinct, Happy P.O., enumerated 10 April, lists on p. 40B as family #209/211, in Black Hawk Hollow:

I don’t know where Emma gets the “England” from. Her mother Rhoda Sexton was born in Kentucky.
