An article in The Oregonian of Sat., April 16, 1921 reported:

“DENTISTS PLAY O.A.C.

NORTH PACIFIC NINE CONFIDENT OF VICTORY

Seven Out of Nine Games Captured This Season - Quesenberry to Start on Mound

The North Pacific Dental college baseball team will leave for Corvallis this morning where the Dentists cross bats with the Oregon Agricultural college nine this afternoon. North Pacific and the Oregon Aggies met in a two-game series here recently with the latter taking both games. Manager Miller of the local tossers is confident that his combination will be able to stop the Aggies this afternoon.

The Dentists have won seven out of nine games including an early season start against the University of Oregon team. Quesenberry or McLaughlin probably will start on the mound for North Pacific this afternoon.”

(The article continues for two more paragraphs discussing the schedule, but that is the last mention of Quesenberry or any other team members.)

The SSDI lists Ernest Quesinberry, born 13 Sep 1898, died June 1970, last residence Corvallis, Benton Co., Oregon.

The car was decorated with Scotch broom and surmounted by a big eagle holding in his mouth a ribbon of the National colors. On the front of the machine was a dove of peace which the eagle was driving.

Seven young ladies of Rockwood and the neighboring districts rode in the auto, which was driven by Miss Leisla Ruby.
