She presumably died sometime after the birth of Lorenzel in 1912, and before George remarried to Rena Noble in 1916, but I cannot find her in the Ohio or Kentucky death records.

1910 census of Butler Co., Ohio, Lemon township, enumerated 20 April, lists on p. 11B at 307 E. Third St, Middletown, as family #272/285:
Staton, George B., 26, stemmer at tobacco factor; Annie, wife, 18, first marriage for both, married 2 years, no children. Both born Ky Ky Ky.
