Clark, Austin, 26, farmer; Rosa J., wife, 22, first marriage for both, married 5 years, mother of 3 children, 2 living; Loutishe, dau, 5; Earley S., dau, 1 3/12. All born Ky Ky Ky.

1920 census of Elliott Co., Ky, Sinking precinct, enumerated 16 Jan, lists on pp. 7B-8A as family #131:
Clark, Austin, 37, farmer; Rosa, wife, 29; Lutitia, dau, 15; Early T., 10; Ely, 8; Elizabeth, 6; James B, 4; John L, 4; Mike D., 2.

There is a page break between Lutitia and Early, and the relationship column on the continuation of the family is blank. Furthermore, the gender for the two children with ambiguous names (Early and Ely) is overwritten with both M and F, with no way to tell which one was the error and which the correction.

The preceding household consists of Austin’s brother Robert, still single, and his widowed mother Mary.

1930 census of Elliott Co., Ky, Sinking precinct, enumerated 21 April, lists on p. 14B as family #230 on Mauk Ridge Road:
