The Kentucky birth index lists Armina Johnson, born 17 Sep 1914 in Breathitt Co. (a misindexing of Rowan Co.11), mother’s maiden name Martha Evans.

There is no indication in other records that she had a middle name of Armina, so probably this represents a misreading of Arrina or Arrine, which is in turn a phonetic rendering of the way Irene would be pronounced in east Kentucky (where “fire” sounds like “far” and “tire” like “tar”.)
