He may be a twin to Nannie.

I cannot find him in the 1900 census. He may have been working out of the area, perhaps even in Ohio or West Virginia.

Her death certificate records Mimia A. Jenning, age 40 years 7 months 13 days, born 17 Aug 1881 in Ky, died 30 Mar 1922 in Elliott Co., Ky, married, father Henry Porter, mother’s maiden name Sarah Brown, both born in Ky, cause of death nephritis, informant Clarance Jenning, Ordinary, Ky, burial in Brown Cemetery.

1910 census of Carter Co., Ky, Olive Hill precinct, enumerated 10 May, lists on p. 25B as family #244/253:
