1880 census of Morgan Co., Ky, River precinct, enumerated 4 June, lists on p. 6 as family #52:
Jennings, Z. T., 29, farmer; Sousan, 25, wife; John R., 3, son; Cynthia E., 6/12, b. Dec, dau.
The entire page just has dittos in all the birthplace columns, from Ky Ky Ky on line 1. It is incorrect for Zachary, who was born in Virginia.
Listed on the next two lines, with no new household or family number, are John W. Jones age 22 with wife Loucinda age 22. It is unclear whether they are sharing a dwelling with the Jennings family, or if the census taker just missed numbering their line.
1900 census of Elliott Co., Ky, Brown precinct, enumerated 21 June, lists on p. 16B as family #259/265:

June 1853, Ky Ky Ky, married 24 years, mother of 10 children, 7 living; Cyntha, dau, 19, Oct 1880; Nannie, dau, 18, May 1872; Florence, dau, 17, b. May 1883; Laurah, dau, 15, b. June 1885; Mary, dau, 12, b. Feb 1888; Catharine, dau, 7, b. Feb 1893. All daughters born Ky Ky Ky.
The birthdate for Cynthia is wrong, since she was listed in the 1880 census, taken in June, as born Dec 1879. The birthdate for Nannie was apparently intended ast 1882, based on the age, position in the listing, and the fact that she does not appear in the 1880 census. The one surviving child not listed is apparently their son Zachary Taylor, who must have been off working. His birthdate in other records was listed variously as May 1882, and May 1881. So he is either a twin of Nannie, or born exactly a year before her.
