Notes for General Jackson & Clemmie (Family)
McDowell Co., West Virginia marriage records list the marriage on 8 June 1899 of General Cline, age 19, and Clemmia Bailey, age 17, by C. Blankenship.

This marriage must have been very brief, because in the 1900 census both General and Clemmie are living with their respective parents, both listed as single.
