The Kentucky birth index lists Reva M. Adkins, born 19 Apr 1925 in Morgan Co., mother’s maiden name Sabra Conn.

I cannot find a death record for her, but she is not listed with the family in the 1930 census. Maybe they spent some time in a different state in between 1925 and 1930.
