Mr. Quesinberry, a retired bailiff for the Tulare County Sheriff's Department, died Sunday. Remembrances may be sent to Bethel Baptist Church, 1935 Newport Ave., Grover City 93433. Boice Funeral Home in Clovis is in charge of arrangements.
