Wabash Co. death certificate in Bk 1925-1939, p. 142, lists Simon Gresso, age 77, b. 12 Nov 1860, Indiana, d. 28 July 1938, Laketon, Indiana, of cardiac failure, s/o John Gresso b. OH & Sarah Frantz, b. OH.
Page 58 of Lester Binnie's Cemetery Records of Paw Paw and Pleasant Townships, Wabash County, Indiana, lists Simon's gravestone as reading "Simon E. Grisso 1860-1939". The yr of death is inconsistent with his death certificate.
