Dore M. Frantz Burial Records, p. 22, lists Jacob's date of birth as 30 Jan 1850. Lela Landes Shoup gives it as 13 Jan 1850. Dore Frantz notes also give his date of death as 29 Jun 1919, while Lowell Beachler, citing the Aug 1919 "Vindicator", lists it as 27 Jun 1919.
