This family is on page 15 of The Genealogy of William Tobias Phillips, by Elza Cox 1989.
Note that George and Milly were first cousins on the Cox side (George's mother and Milly's father were siblings), and also second cousins on the Phillips side (Milly's maternal grandfather William Tobias Phillips and George's paternal grandmother Molly Phillips were siblings.)
