His WW I draft registration card, filed 5 Jun 1917 in Morgan Co., Ky, records Dan Collins, age 25, residence Craney, Ky, born 1 June 1892 in Blaze, Ky, occupation farmer, married supporting a wife and children, medium height, slender build, blue eyes, dark brown hair.
The 1900 census, though, listed him as age 7, born May 1893.

Notes for Lillie Bethel Quesenberry
The 1900 census lists her as age 3, born June 1896, but Juanita Blair's Images of Rowan County gives her birthdate as 4 July 1894, probably based on cemetery inscriptions.

Collins, Daniel, 26, farmer, b. Ky Ky Ky; Lillie, wife, 22, b. Ky Va Va; Lena, dau, 4 8/12; Rena, dau, 4 8/12; Urcle, dau, 2 7/12. All children born Ky Ky Ky.
I cannot find this family in the 1930 census, although birth records of their children suggest they should be in Morgan Co.
