In the 1870 and 1880 censuses Nancy was listed with her son Lewis Slusher. The 1880 census was taken just two days before she died.
Notes for Luke & Nancy (Family)
Luke and his second wife Nancy Cox Slusher were first cousins. They made a marriage contract 7 Mar 1853 relinquishing rights to each other’s property, so that on their deaths it would descend to their respective children from their first marriages.
