Survived by 2 sisters, Grace Lewis & Phoebe Butcher, husband Homer Pettit, and 2 sons, Joe Pettit & Ken Pettit. (The inclusion of Homer as a survivor seems in conflict with his death record. It seems very unlikely that there were two Homer Pettits born in Kentucky on 20 May 1920.)
