In the 1910 and 1920 censuses he was listed as Arvill(e) Green, but as an adult he changed the spelling to the more common Orville.
The 1900 census, taken in June, lists a son John W. Pettit born May 1900, and no twin. So either they are the same person and his name was changed dramatically between 1900 and 1910, or else he was really born in 1901.

Be careful not to confuse her with Lillie M. Brewer born 6 Jan 1909 in Wolfe Co., Ky, daughter of a different Stephen M. Brewer (1889-1972) and Nancy Creech. That Lillie married Wilson Alexander and stayed in Wolfe Co.
