Epperhart, mother’s maiden name Ruth Nickell, cause of death bronchial pneumonia rt lower lung, informant Taylor Trumbo, Fort Thomas, Ky, burial in Brown Cemetery, Morehead, Ky.

Note that the reported age at death and birthdate are inconsistent - the age at death wouild imply a birthdate of 25 June 1868, which is more consistent with the 1880 census, where she is listed as age 11.

This marriage is recorded both in Rowan Co. marriage register A, p. 54, and in bond Book 1, p. 65, as Thomas J. Trumbo to Annie D. Epperhart. The latter contains a permission slip from D. D. Epperhart, giving permission for his daughter Annie to marry. But Gary D. Lewis’s database has Anna’s parents as Henry Johnson Epperhart and Martha Stamper.
