The physician’s statement says that she was attended from May 11, 1921 to June 4, 1921, and was last seen alive on June 4, 1921, and is signed Dec 24, 1921, while the burial field says that she was buried 6 June 1922 in Pennington private graveyard, and the clerk’s signature says the certificate was filed Dec 24, 1922. The cause of death probably refers to a miscarriage (spontaneous abortion).
