Caudill, age 73 years 1 month 19 days, born 22 May 1855 in Morehead, Ky, died 29 July 1928 at Bethesda Medical Center, Cinncinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, occupation carpenter, widowed, husband of Christina Caudill, father J. M. Caudill, mother’s maiden name Christina Black, both born in Ky, cause of death uremia secondary to alveola infection bronchopneumonia, informant C. A. Bishop, Goshen, O, burial in Morehead, Ky.
The informant has mistakenly entered Henry’s wife’s maiden name in the maiden name of mother field.
There was another Henry B. Caudill, born 10 Feb 1853 in Letcher Co., son of Henry T. Caudill and Susanna Back, who died 11 Sep 1942 in Pulaski Co. Be careful not to get them confused. (Many online family trees mistakenly attach that other Henry B. Caudill’s death record to this one.)

Rowan Co. birth records, on LDS microfilm #216839, list Christener Black, b. Nov 29, 1956, daughter of John Black & Bebcia Epperheart, place of birth Craney Creek. (It looks like the county clerk may have had some trouble reading the handwriting of the doctor's or midwife's report.)
