Notes for Amy Pettit
Morgan Co. birth records, on LDS microfilm #216835, list Anna Petitt born 9 July 1893 (or 1894) to James Petitt and Elizabeth Hardin. Both parents are listed as born in Morgan County.
The page is titled 1893-4, and there are no year numbers on the date entries, just month and day. Her reported age 17 at marriage would imply a birthdate in 1892, though, so I am favoring the 1893 interpretation for now. Also, Ollie Petitt’s birth is recorded two lines above, and his draft registration and death record are both consistent in placing his date of birth in 1893.
The Kentucky death index lists Amy P. Donahue, age 81, died 12 Sep 1973 in Grant Co., Ky.
