There is a Ulysses Hall listed in the Social Security Death index as b. 6 Jan 1884, d. May 1964, in Idaho (no details on address). The place of issue for the SSN 725-10-4861 is indicated as "RR", which stands for railroad workers. (The social security office had a special category for numbers issued to railroad workers, possibly because they tended to be migratory.) I don’t know whether it is the same Ulysses Hall.
