Since he was listed as 5 months old in the 1860 census, at a visit taken on June 11, he cannot have been born on 18 June 1860. Also 26 days before Feb 13 is Jan 18. This death certificate is typed. Perhaps the original source was from handwritten notes, and “Jan” was misread as “Jun”.

Her death certificate records Julia Ann Caudill, age 42 years 5 months 1 day, birthdate blank, born in Morgan Co., Ky, died 21 April 1914 in Fleming Co., Ky, married, father Sis Perry, mother’s maiden name Martha Caskey, both born in Morgan Co., Ky, cause of death miteral stenosis, informant William T. Perkins, Colfax, Ky, burial in Fairview graveyard.

Rowan Co. marriage book 3, p. 639, records marriage on 23 Feb 1901 of John D. Caudill, 41, parents b. Letcher Co., to Julia Ann Perry, 29, to be at Cyrus O. Perry's (license), at J. Y. Perry's (return), by Presley Manier, witnesses D. D. Perry & Emma Perry. It is recorded as a second marriage for both spouses.

1910 census of Fleming Co., Ky, district 5, enumerated 25 April, lists on p. 7B as family #133/134, on Moore’s Ferry Road:
