His obituary in the Morehead News reported:
“Cleff Allen Fultz, age 39, of Hungry Hollow, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2006, at the Methodist Hospital in Henderson, Kentucky. Born April 30, 1967, in Lake County, Indiana, he is the son of Rose Donahue Warren Adkins of Morehead and the late Paul Richard Fultz. Besides his mother, Cleff is survived by his wife, Kimberly Pettit Fultz; one godson, Trent Allen Ison of Morehead; one brother, Nathan Fields of Morehead; one sister, Debbie Cornwell of Morehead; several nieces and nephews; and his pride and joy, Mary Jane.
Cleff was an employee of CNF Construction Company of Morehead and an avid NASCAR fan.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, September 15, 2006, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Randy Smith officiating; burial will follow in New Alfrey Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Toby Ison, Gary Pettit, Jr., Larry Cornwell, Danny Dehart, Randy Kidd, and Tim Franks. Honorary pallbearers will be Zach Arnett, J. T. Arnett, Todd Arnett, and Dawson Fields.”
