Her death certificate records Mrs. Effie Hargett, age 33 years 2 months 22 days, born 4 Nov 1884 in Kentucky, died 26 Feb 1918 in Rowan Co., Ky, married, father Milton Evans, mother’s maiden name Lousetta Allison, both born in Kentucky, cause of death lobar pneumonia, informant J. T. Evans, Triplett, Ky, burial in Evans Cemetery.

Although her birthdate says November 4, her brother Grover’s is consistently reported as 24 Nov 1884 in three different records (two draft registrations and his death certificate), and they were apparently twins, so I am going by his instead. (The 1900 census lists them both as age 15 born Sep 1884.)
