I, Isaac Pettit, of Washington township, Greene county, Pennsylvania, being of sound disposing mind and memory, do make publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament;

First, I desire that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my personal estate

Second, I will desire and bequeath to my daughter, commonly called "Betty", and my son Joseph Pettit, the farm that I now reside on, adjoining Jacob Swart, Frederick Fonner, Levi Pettit, and others, containing about two hundred and forty three acres more or less, to be equally divided between them in value. If said Elizabeth and Joseph, cannot agree on the division and value thereof, then the said farm to be divided and appraised by three disinterested men, to be appointed by the Court; who shall divide and appraise the same, so that each of them be made equal in value;

Third, I devise and bequeath to my granddaughter Cyntha Keys, daughter of my own daughter Eliza, three hundred dollars to be paid within one year after my death, by my Executors out of my personal estate,

Fourth, The obligations I hold against Robert Daugherty and Kezziah Daugherty, his wife, I hereby direct and make it obligatory on my Executors not to collect the said obligations from two to four years after my decease, or any part thereof:

Fifth, I will and devise to my own son John Pettit, Levi Pettit, Joseph Pettit, Alexander Pettit, and Elizabeth Pettit, commonly called "Betty" by the family all of my personal property money, notes of hand or otherwise after payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, the same to be equally divided among them share and share alike. And I do hereby appoint my son John Pettit and my son Levi Pettit, Executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me heretofore make
