Theobald, age 65 years 5 months 8 days, born 22 Sep 1844 in Grant Co., Ky, died 2 Mar 1914 in Louisville, Jefferson Co., Ky, married, minister, cause of death valvular heart trouble, father Clement Theobald, mother’s maiden name Lizzie Simpson, informant Mrs. Fannie Theobald, Louisville, Ky, burial in Campbellsburg Cemetery.
The year of birth is off by four or five years, since he was listed as age 1 in the 1850 census. (The visit was on 25 Sept, which would be 3 days after his birthday. The ages are supposed to be the person’s age as of June 1. This instruction to backdate the ages was seldom honored, though.)
