She was originally born May Lucille Pettit, but by adulthood was going by Lucille May Hampton.
She is probably the Lucille M. Clark listed in the SSDI as born 8 Dec 1904, died 3 June 2001, last residence Louisville, Jefferson Co., Kentucky. (I can find no other death record for a Lucille with the birth date 8 Dec 1904 and an SSN issued in Kentucky, nor a census record for a Lucille Clark of that age.) I need to verify this assumption with an obituary lookup.
