Rowan Co. marriage book 52, p. 58 lists marriage on 18 Oct 1947 of George W. Quesinberry, 60, widowed, s/o Isaac & Alice Quesinberry, to Maranda F. Armitage, 53, widowed, b. Morgan Co., d/o Frank Caskey & Margaret Blair. (Since Rowan Co. did not start listing mothers of the bridal couple under their maiden names until 1954, this probably means that Miranda's mother had remarried to a Blair.)
