Past Images of Rowan County22, probably based on his gravestone, lists Lee's birthdate as 29 Feb 1871, but 1871 wasn't a leap year (no odd year is.) He was named after Lee County Virginia, his grandfather's place of birth.

1900 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Morehead precinct, enumerated 29 June, lists on p. 9A as family #429:
Baldridge, Leander, farmer, 30, b. Apr 1870; Ammie, wife, 30, b. May 1870, mother of 3 children, 3 living; Edgar, son, 7, b. Aug 1892; Etta, dau, 5, b. Sep 1894; Coppie, son, 1, b. Aug 1898. All born Ky/Ky/Ky.

I cannot find this family in the 1910 census.

1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, precinct #9 (Wagoner), lists as family #13/14:
