The SSDI lists Elbert Baldridge, born 15 Apr 1901, died Feb 1972, last residence Mansfield, Richland Co., Ohio, SSN issued in Kentucky before 1951.
His gravestone also has the dates 1901 - 1972, but it is likely that he was really born in 1902 or even 1903, since he was listed as age 17 in the 1920 census and age 26 in the 1930 census. Also, his sister Louella reported a birthdate of 17 Mar 2001. (I have not found the Morgan Baldridge family in the 1910 census.)
