Smedley, Samuel, 28, farmer, b. Oct 1871; Kate, wife, 24, b. Nov 1875; Robt (?), son, 2, b. Jany 1898; Ralph (?), son, 1/12, b. Apr 1900. All born Ky Ky Ky. (There is a large ink blot over the last two names. All that is visible is “bt.” and “ph”. The infant might instead be Joseph, but there is no tail for a J appearing on the line below.)
