I am not sure whether her name was Tina or Nina.
The Kentucky birth index says Nina, but it contains a great many transcription errors, and the actual birth certificate images are not online. Her death certificate is indexed by Ancestry as Tina, and the initial letter looks somewhat like a cross between an N and a T - either a T with a crossbar that curves all the way down to the baseline on the left, or an N where the last upstroke exactly overlaps the center downstroke and sweeps far to the right, making an umbrella over the i.
I’m entering Nina mainly because Tina seems like a more modern name.
The details of the death certificate are Tina/Nina Crose, age 3 months 28 days, born 15 Feb 1913 (birthplace blank), died 13 June 1913 in Pine Grove precinct, Rowan Co., Ky, father John Crose, mother’s maiden name Ida Kegley, both born in Rowan Co., Ky, cause of death thought to be coliits, informant Dr. H. L. Morgan, Harris, Ky, burial in Adams graveyard, Ryan, Ky.
