Debbie Howard’s Family Tree Maker report shows John’s birthdate as 21 April 1874. But his gravestone says 1870-1957, which is consistent with census records. (He was listed as 9 in 1880 and 29 in 1900.)

The Kentucky death index lists John T. Caudill, age 87, died 17 Nov 1957 in Fleming Co.

Debbie Howard’s Family Tree Maker report shows Martha’s dates as 27 April 1878-16 Mar 1957. But Martha’s gravestone says 1874-1958.

The best match in the Kentucky death index is Martha B. Caudill who died 15 Mar 1958 in Fleming Co. at age 83. Since her husband John died in Fleming Co., and the date of death is similar to the one from Debbie Howard’s tree (off by 1 years and 1 day), this is probably the right record. The B may stand for Black.
