His WW II draft registration card, issued 27 Apr 1942, records Ollie Riddle, age 50, residence Pemberton, Raleigh Co., W.Va., born 11 April 1892 in Round Co., Kentucky, employer Lillybrook Coal Co., Lillybrook, W. Va, nearest relative Hattle Riddle, Pemberton, W.Va.
Ollie died in a coal mining accident.
His WW II draft registration card, issued 27 Apr 1942, records Ollie Riddle, age 50, residence Pemberton, Raleigh Co., W.Va., born 11 April 1892 in Round Co., Kentucky, employer Lillybrook Coal Co., Lillybrook, W. Va, nearest relative Hattle Riddle, Pemberton, W.Va.

1910 census of Wyoming Co., West Virginia, Barkers Ridge district, enumerated 9 May, lists on p. 11B as family #167:
Riddle, Ollie, 19, laborer; Rosa E., wife, 19; married 4 months. Both born Ky Ky Ky.
(Also listed on the same census page are Oliver Caudill and Frank Caudill, sons of Samuel B. Caudill and Amanda S. Hall, with their wives, and Samuel Cassity with his wife Zanie Riddle, Ollie’s sister.)
I cannot find this family in the 1920 census, in either West Virginia or Kentucky. They may have moved that year, and missed the enumerator in both places.
1930 census of Roway Co., Ky, Wagoner precinct, lists on p. 3A as family #43:
Riddle, Lizzie, head, farmer, 39, divorced, age at first marriage 18; Arvil, son, 17; Alma, dau, 14; Hazel, dau, 12; Leona, dau, 10; Geneva, dau, 5. Hazel and Leona born in West Virginia, all others and their parents in Ky.
