There is a Ralph Eugene Wagoner, born 25 Nov 1932 in Elliott Co., died 2 June 1996 in Clearfield, son of Reece Dee Wagoner and Nannie F. Stephens, buried in Lee Cemetery, but the gravestone lists his wife as Mary L. Wagoner, born 3 Mar 1936. (One of those double stones where the death date is left blank on the surviving spouse.)

There was also a Ralph V. Wagoner, born 19 Jan 1926 in Carter Co., mother’s maiden name Bettie Rice, who died 9 Nov 2000 in Paducah, McCracken Co., Ky, whose father I do not know. (In 1930 Bettie was remarried to a William McKee and living in Lawrence Co., Ohio.)
