Notes for Elijah “Lige” H. Brown
The SSDI lists Lige Brown, born 28 Feb 1910, died Apr 1983, SSN issued in Kentucky before 1951.

The Wisconsin death index lists Lige H. Brown, died 19 Apr 1983 in Burnett Co.

I suspect he was really born either in Feb 1911, or in the second half of 1910, because he does not appear in the 1910 census at all (taken in April), and he is recorded as 9 in 1920 and 19 in 1930. But since 28 Feb 1910 is the birthdate he reported in official records, I’ll leave it at that.
Census
In 1920 he was recorded with his mother and stepfather:

1920 census of Butler Co., Ohio, Middletown ward 4, enumerated 19 Jan, lists on pp. 5A-5B as family #99/107, at 806 Hill Street:
Hallas, Alvin, 20, b. Penn Penn Penn, electrician at steel mill; Mary, wife, 25, b. Ky Ky Ky, laundress at laundry; Brown, Grover C., stepson, 11, b. Ky Ky Ky; Elijah, stepson, 9, b. Ky Ky Ky; Wolf, Henry, lodger, 26, b. Ohio Ohio Ohio, paper maker at paper mill.

In the 1930 census he was recorded with his uncle George Brown, as Elijah Brown, brother, 19, single. He was not really George’s brother, though.
Notes for Audie P. Wallace
The Kentucky birth index lists Audie Wallace, born 24 April 1914 in Rowan Co., mother’s maiden name Peach Alfry.
