I did not see him anytime after above dates and he did not have any physician at time of death. - O.H. Roberts, M.D” (the dates of attendance were 19 Sep 1934 to 25 Nov 1934), informant John Hendrix, Mt. Sterling, Ky, R.R. 1, burial in Hendrix graveyard.
